Australia Yakin Pesawat MH370 Ditemukan || Australia believes MH370 aircraft found
Pihak berwenang Australia menyatakan keyakinannya dalam pencarian badan pesawat Malaysia Airlines MH370 di Samudera Hindia. Australia optimistis badan pesawat MH370 dapat ditemukan setelah Perdana Menteri Malaysia Najib Razak mengkonfirmasi puing yang ditemukan di La Reunion, Samudera Hindia, milik pesawat rute Kuala Lumpur-Beijing tersebut.
"(Penemuan di La Reunion) konsisten dengan semua yang kami lakukan sehingga kami yakin mencari di area yang tepat dan kami akan menemukan pesawat di sana," kata Kepala Komisioner Biro Keselamatan Transportasi Australia (ATSB), Martin Dolan kepada ABC NewsRadio sebagaimana dilansir AFP, Kamis (6/8/2015).
Dolan menyatakan terlalu dini untuk mengatakan apa yang terjadi dengan pesawat yang menghilang pada 8 Maret 2014 lalu.
Perdana Menteri Malaysia, Najib Razak sudah memberikan pernyataan memastikan puing yang ditemukan di Pulau La Reunion, memang bagian dari pesawat Malaysia Airlines MH379.
"Hari ini, 515 hari sejak pesawat menghilang, dengan sangat berat hati saya harus menyampaikan bahwa tim pakar internasional telah memastikan puing-puing pesawat yang ditemukan di Pulau Reunion memang dari MH370," kata Najib Razak kepada wartawan di Kuala Lumpur .
"Kami sekarang memiliki bukti fisik itu, seperti yang saya umumkan pada tanggal 24 Maret tahun lalu, penerbangan MH370 berakhir tragis di Samudera Hindia selatan," sambungnya.
Australian authorities expressed confidence in the search for the fuselage Malaysia Airlines MH370 in the Indian Ocean. Australia is optimistic airframe MH370 can be found after Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak confirmed the debris found in La Reunion, Indian Ocean, aircraft belonging to the Kuala Lumpur-Beijing route is.
"(The discovery at La Reunion) are consistent with everything we do so we are sure looking in the right area and we'll find the plane there," said Chief Commissioner of the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB), Martin Dolan told ABC NewsRadio as reported by AFP, Thursday (08/06/2015).
Dolan said it was too early to say what happened to the aircraft that disappeared on March 8, 2014 last.
Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak had given a statement to make sure debris was found on the island of La Reunion, is part of a Malaysia Airlines flight MH379.
"Today, 515 days after the plane disappeared, with a very heavy heart I have to convey that a team of international experts have confirmed wreckage found in the Reunion Island is of MH370," said Najib Razak told reporters in Kuala Lumpur.
"We now have the physical evidence, as I announced on March 24 last year, the MH370 flight ended tragically in the southern Indian Ocean," he continued.
